With over 20 years of experience, Your Next Move is a dedicated team of senior relocation specialists helping clients just like you decide on whether you’ll downsize to a smaller house or look for a Senior Living Community. The company follows a simple process to better determine your needs and takes the time to meet with you one on one to better determine what your needs are.

1. Set Up An Appointment

   Call Your Next Move and set up an appointment. We will gladly sit down with you and your family to discuss your future housing needs. For example, do you anticipate moving into a smaller house or looking for senior communities in your area?  Downsizing? If yes, do you plan to sell your goods to an estate company, give your goods away to your children, donate them to charity? What kind of support will you need? Will you need help with managing the downsizing?

2. Needs Assessment

   A needs assessment gives Your Next Move an overview which will help to determine the different types of properties out there that meet your needs.  The assessment will also provide a price range and a level of services needed.

3. Review Options

   Your Next Move provides a list of properties and senior communities that are aligned to the client’s needs and long term goals that are discussed with the family. Upon request, Your Next Move will then make arrangements to visit the chosen properties.
