Once you’ve made the decision to sell the family home, Your Next Move can help you by providing a competitive broker analysis of the current value of your home to help you make the right decision. If you decide to go with one of our Realtors, we share in the commission, so there’s no fee to manage the vendor’s estimates. Here is how it works:
• YNM will send out two competing Realtors who will provide a Comparable Market Analysis on the home.
• You select the Realtor you want work with and we work closely with the Realtor to get your home ready for sale.
• Your Next Move will then select two Move Managers for you, who will meet with you to give an estimate on downsizing the home.
• We’ll also line up two household goods movers to provide estimates on the move.
